Sara Sozzani Maino holds the role of Educational & Scouting Advisor at Vogue Italia after co-founding Vogue Talents with Franca Sozzani in 2009. Vogue Talents has been both an editorial and online project; a global network that supports the best emerging creative talents. A commitment aimed at increasing attention to issues of great current relevance and importance for the fashion system, such as sustainability, emerging brands, and global digitalization. She continues to collaborate with many educational institutions and is part of many boards that work and create awareness for a more sustainable planet.

MATTEO WÅRD

He studied International Economics at Bocconi University in Milan and Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge. Today, he is the CEO and co-founder of WRÅD, an innovative startup and design studio founded to generate social value, already a winner of the Best of the Best RedDot Design Award, a finalist at the Green Carpet Challenge Awards, and included in the ADI Design Index 2019. Before WRÅD, Matteo worked for 6 years with Abercrombie & Fitch, holding roles as Sr. Manager in Germany and co-administrator of the Diversity & Inclusion Council. Matteo is also a member of Fashion Revolution Italy and a curator. He is frequently involved as a public speaker in national and international contexts, including the United Nations (UNECE), TEDx Talk, WIRED Digital Day, Fashion Tech, and Fashion Sustain Berlin.

GAIA SEGATTINI

Fashion designer with experience in young and international target brands, since 2008 she has written about new craftsmanship and independent creativity on the portals of Condè Nast editions and currently through her Instagram channel. She deals with dissemination on topics related to craftsmanship, sustainability, Made in Italy, and responsible entrepreneurship, building the critical spirit of her audience every day. Considered a reference point for the Italian scene of new craftsmanship, she collaborates with trade fairs, was the art director of the Weekendoit festival, focused on sharing manual techniques and the development of micro-entrepreneurship, and the "Sew on Yourself" area of the Abilmente fair in Vicenza. She acts as a PR and talent scout in the field of new artisans and sustainability, creates networks and connections, and is popular online for her ironic and communicative style. She was a teacher of Design Project Methodology at Poliarte in Ancona and a business tutor for the 2017 edition of the "Botteghe Digitali" format by Banca Ifis Impresa in Mestre. A frequent guest at events, panels, and podcasts, she was a TEDx speaker: her talk "Cute is not enough" focused on the relationship between manufactured products and social networks, was selected for the official TED platform and later translated into English. In 2018, she launched the responsible knitwear brand "Gaia Segattini Knotwear", featured in magazines such as D di Repubblica, Vogue UK, Elle, Io Donna, and Il Sole24Ore.

As a Fashion and Costume Historian, she has curated Italian and international exhibitions, catalogs, and publications, regularly contributing to Flash Art, Artribune, Drome, and Marie-Claire. She is the creator and curator of A.I.artisanal intelligence, an event held twice a year as part of AltaRoma to promote new fashion designers in collaboration with museums, contemporary art galleries, and unconventional spaces. She conducts research on applied arts in fashion, collaborating with the most important theatrical and fashion ateliers in Italy and internationally. She directed the Academy of Costume and Fashion from 2005 to 2010. She has taught Fashion Design History and Research Techniques at the Academy of Costume and Fashion, at the Ludovico Quaroni Faculty of Architecture in Rome, and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. She resides and works in Rome.

Wisdom, passion, and respect are the fundamental characteristics to describe Cristiano Rinaldi, also known as @memorymanuovo. As one-third of the legendary collective Pastaboys, Memoryman has become over the years one of the most acclaimed artists from our country. An indefatigable vinyl collector and keen observer of club culture sounds, he manages to perform sets that range from house to funk, disco, and techno. Memoryman, known since the early 90s as Uovo, has succeeded without any decrease in tension, smudge, or concessions to easy shortcuts in outlining his path in Italian and European clubbing. In recent years, he has founded and manages his "vinyl-only" label @paradisepizza24, where he produces music that he loves to define as "Timeless."

STEFANO GUERRINI

Fashion Writer & Fashion Teacher, Stefano Guerrini started writing in 1998 for various fashion magazines, including the monthly Donna, L’Uomo Vogue, MF Fashion, Activa, Hot, and also on the website of GQ Italia magazine, where his blog, lepilloledistefano, was born, one of the first in Italy to talk about men's fashion. Stefano Guerrini was the fashion director of the magazine Label and the magazine Made05, which later became MadeWithStyle. He has worked as a freelance stylist for publications such as Fucking Young, The Fashionisto, Male Model Scene, and Vogue.it, as well as providing consultancy to companies. Today, he is the fashion editor at large of manintown.com, continues his freelance projects, and has taught at IED. In 2010, he founded his own webzine webelieveinstyle.it, which is now contained, along with the blog lepilloledistefano, within the website stefanoguerrini.vision.

Fashion Ethic Ambassador globally, Marina has deep roots in the fashion industry, having her own brand and collaborating with Ferragamo, Prada, Miu Miu, and Marni. She served as the creative director of Auteurs du Monde, the fair trade brand of Altro Mercato, collaborating with artisans worldwide. Marina teaches fashion ethics at prestigious academies in Italy and abroad. Her work has always included a strong focus on social and ecological issues, believing that ethics and aesthetics can coincide. Her motto is "Fashion with a Mission." Marina works to bring development to emerging countries through her platform FWAM, Fashion with a Mission. She is the Italian national coordinator of Fashion Revolution. Marina received the United Nations Women Together award in 2015 in New York and gave a TEDx Talk on sustainable fashion in 2014. In 2020, she co-authored the book "La rivoluzione comincia dal tuo armadio" with Luisa Ciuni, published by Solferino Libri.Inizio modulo

ALESSANDRO JUMBO MANFREDINI

Fashion Anthropologist & Cool Hunter, a lecturer at the IED fashion master, Senior Art Director, and DJ by night, who has always been eager to experiment with new frontiers linked to communication, transporting ideas and sensations into other fields such as music, theater, fashion, nightclubs, books, and newspapers. He extensively experienced the 1980s, assuming the roles of graphic designer, performer, futuristic actor with the Quartetto bPrampolini, even a singer, with S80 and later with Ciao Fellini. He now works with Maud Capsule, Emcee, and Saga Studio.
